Huge Nintendo Switch sale offers rare discount on exclusive games

Nintendo’s digital storefront that ties into the Switch, Switch Lite, and Switch OLED consoles is having one of the biggest sales we’ve seen so far in 2022. For the most part, Nintendo is known for rarely, if ever, discounting its own first-party games and other exclusives eventually coming to Switch. However, on rare occasions, the Japanese game publisher ends up breaking this trend for certain periods. Fortunately, now happens to be one of those cases, which means now is a good time to capitalize on this sale if you have the money to do so.

From now until July 6 at 11:59 p.m. PDT, Nintendo is holding what it’s calling the “Big Ol’ Super Sale” on the Nintendo Switch eShop. This sale includes approximately 50 games in total with discounts reaching up to 50%. As mentioned, a number of different first-party games are included in this lineup, which makes this sale more unique than many that we often see. And even outside of first-party games, a good chunk of titles that are simply exclusive to Switch are also part of the Big Ol’ Super Sale.

Probably the best part of this ongoing discount comes from the quality of the games that have been included.
